Market Intelligence
Malaysia's major commercial buildings.
A curated guide to the landmark office towers, retail malls and mixed-use precincts that define Malaysia's commercial property landscape, from KLCC and TRX in Kuala Lumpur to Gurney Plaza in Penang and KOMTAR JBCC in Johor Bahru. Every entry is sourced from public records and carries a citable link.
Tracking 23 landmark buildings across Malaysia.
Sources & methodology
This directory is compiled by hand from public, citable sources: official building and developer websites, listed-REIT annual reports, Wikipedia (verified), and reputable property and trade press. Each building carries a primary source link. Height, floor count, GFA and grade are recorded only where a specific figure is publicly stated; where a figure is not citable we omit it rather than estimate it. Key tenants are included only where publicly reported. No data is invented. Figures are a guide, not a substitute for direct verification with the building manager or developer.
